The purpose of this organization is:  to stimulate interest, appreciation and skills in water gardening; to provide a forum for members to exchange ideas; knowledge; and to experience the enrichment of all concerned; to provide an opportunity for both formal and informal education in water gardening; to instruct and educate the public on water gardening techniques; and to receive and distribute contributions to organizations that are exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
